A society where every person with a disability is recognized, valued, and empowered.
We uphold dignity through robust advocacy, challenge stigma, and build inclusive communities across Uganda.
Community-rooted. Rights-driven. Led by lived experience.
LAMICARE DRO Uganda is a non-governmental, non-profit, community-based organization operating in Uganda — born from a collective vision of a society where every person with a disability is recognized, valued, and empowered to live with dignity and full participation.
We are guided by dignity, inclusion, accountability, courage, and justice. We hold ourselves to rigorous standards — independent audits, zero tolerance for corruption, and robust data privacy — because trust is earned.
