Lamicare DRO Uganda is headquartered at the Wakiso District Headquarters Office. From this base, we work with persons with disabilities, families, local leaders, schools and partners to uphold dignity, challenge stigma and build inclusive communities.

Wakiso District is one of the most populous districts in Uganda and the area where Lamicare DRO Uganda has anchored its work. It's a district of stark contrasts — with growing urban centres alongside rural communities where barriers to disability inclusion are deeply entrenched.
From our headquarters at the Wakiso District Hqz Office, we work with persons with disabilities, families, schools, local leaders and partners to challenge stigma, advocate for rights and build inclusive communities. Wakiso is where our mission is lived — day after day, community after community.
